I am truly grateful for the training that I received at Besmatch Real Estate. I had a closing scheduled 2 weeks ago, but due to the spread of covid19, my sellers attorney’s & office staff was effected and unable to attend closing. Thanks to the skilled training I received from my Coach and Broker at Besmatch, instead of rescheduling the closing, I was able to provide my seller an alternate attorney to close the transaction on time. I didn’t believe I would be able to purchase an investment property. I met Haniff when the house went on the market and he walked me through the entire process.

I had a lot of trouble looking for someone to help me find a new house. This guy Mr. Olivo is such a blessing, truly amazes me every time. He did helped me with our home. My husband loves him too. I met him from my friends who apparently all got their homes from him too. They all paid him to find their places. He is always on his job, driving showing houses in his white Mercedes. Talking and keeping up to date to a lot of his other clients and even all his references were all highly recommending him.
