Buying my first home was a very informative process. Erika King and Tristan Dillon-McCallum were both super helpful, patient, kind and personable. They really worked with our budget and explained how property taxes works in Westchester, since we were moving from Brooklyn. They were always readily available and on top of their game. Once we put our offer in, the team really managed and walked us through the rest of the process. They kept in contact with the bank and provided routine updates and proposed deadlines. Erika also found us a Black home inspector and a Black real estate attorney, which was very important to us. She even found us a home that was being sold by a black family, who also had an all black supporting staff. I mean the BLACK DRIP was everywhere!!!!
