I came across a piece of her marketing material amidst the many solicitations from realtors I kept receiving, but there was something about hers that stood out to me and so I called her. She repersented me in the sale of a property in the Bronx. The sale was unique in that the property was not only part of an estate, it also included a tenancy. To make matters worse, I live out of state so the sale proved itself challenging, however, Erika had no issue with this and swifty stepped up to the plate.
