Jodi is the best! She is quick to answer questions and calls. She does everything possible to make you feel comfortable and confident. She listens and takes time to really get to know you and what you are looking for.

Jodi spent almost 4 months with me looking for the right place. She took time to understand what I was looking for and as we looked at houses she saw what I liked and didn't and added it to her thinking. She is not pushy in her sales technique and I really got the feel she wanted me to find the right house and was there to facilitate that not just to sell quickly, which was important for me. Incredibly pleasant to work with and easy to get a hold of and responding back.
Started out looking in one direction and then as I saw things available ended up going a little different direction, but Jodi took the time to adjust and we walked through quite a few houses to find the right one over almost a four month time span. She was honest in her assessment when asked about different things about the houses and was helpful to me with information being in a new area.

I highly recommend Jodi Danzl. We looked at so many homes and Jodi was always a trooper. Most of our looking occurred during the winter months and Jodi was always there early, trying to make sure houses that were empty were warm for us. She made us feel like her friends rather than her client. This meant the world because we knew we were safe in her hands and we could trust her. We love our new home so much. I can't imagine living anywhere else and we would've never found it weren't for Jodi.
