I used Bello’s cleaning for my home and they have always been incredible. Their cleaners are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They also have a top notch customer service. Any issues that arose with their services were taken care of immediately with enthusiasm. I love how their customer service would communicate efficiently and effectively on any concerns instead of just charging your card. I was so grateful to receive an appointment for maintenance cleaning on the day before Thanksgiving. With only two days' notice for my last-minute request. I had some reservations due to the fact that they would even have an opening this close to the holiday. But once Andrea was finished. I realized that there had been no need for concern. She was prompt, polite, professional, and thorough. I understood that this was a maintenance clean and not a deep clean. The charge was very reasonable. The office staff was very polite and professional, and they followed up immediately for my feedback. I will definitely have them back in the future.
I've had them regularly. Today was my most recent and I'm very happy with results. Andrea has done another great job and leaves everything shiny and sparkling. Read more >
