Well let me start by saying Harvey and his wife are amazing people!!! This was my first inspection ever and was scared too death..... With my dad not being here has made this process 10 times harder. But having Be Sure Home Inspection, Harvey, has made this process a lot smoother, he is just plan honest with the findings of the home. I actually chose not to take the first house due to the findings of the home and how much work the house would have needed. I then called Be Sure Home Inspection about 2 weeks later and once again very pleased with the service!!
Also, love all the extras that come along with the inspection package to help make buying your first home a much smipler process. Not to say having to do more than one Inspection is a super bad thing.... I leaned so much and can't stress enough how helpful it was to learn the things I needed to watch out for on the next...
