Harvey Meadows performed an inspection on a home my wife and I were in the process of purchasing in Garden City. Harvey provided great customer service by going above and beyond simply doing a home inspection. He was willing to answer any questions that I had about repair/maintenance areas of the home and didn't mind me looking over his shoulder during the inspection process. Harvey also provided me with home care reference materials which will be a great resource in the future. Finally, Harvey was very miticulous with the home inspection process and provided me with a detailed report including pictures after the inspection. I feel confident that no major repairs or items that need to be addressed went undetected or undocumentented once Harvey finished the home inspection. This was my first time having to get a home inspection done as I am a first time home buyer and let me just say I am very happy I chose be sure home inspection. I had Sean do my inspection and he was very knowledgeable and gave very good feedback and advice. If I had to get another inspection done I wouldn't hesitate to use Be Sure again. I would definitely recommend using these guys to anyone. They are also very well priced and you get a lot more with be sure then you do with most others.
