Harvey was super helpful and patient with all of our questions. He was also very thorough in the process, checking items in the home I never would of thought to check for example : He opened and closed every drawer in the bathrooms and kitchen to make sure they worked. Very pleased customer !!!!

Harvey was there 15 minutes before the slotted inspection time already taking pictures and preparing for the day. He introduced himself and walked me through how the inspection would go and really took his time to explain everything. After he started, I knew we picked the right inspector. Harvey is incredibly thorough and he walked me through each item he noticed and explained what repairs may be needed. He was patient and made us feel at ease through the entire home inspection process. The report was also very thorough and detailed with photos of major errors and recommendations on how to have them fixed. I'd definitely use Be Sure Home Inspections again.
