Be Sure Home Inspections LLC

Home Inspections LLC was highly referred to me by my realtor Heather Ballarin. I arrived half way through the inspection and Sean stopped what he was doing to greet me and explain not only the long list of guarantees and protection I received by using Home Inspections LLC, but also gifted me with a tape measure and products to take down my own notes and room dimensions while I was there. Sean took time to explain not only his findings throughout the inspection of the home but also answered any and all questions I had throughout the process. It was the best home buying experience I have had to date and I would highly recommend Home Inspections LLC!

Harvey Meadows is an excellent inspector. I have worked with him 3 times and he has been just the kindest and warmest person. He is incredibly thorough and honest and he is patient. If you are not an expert about homes, he is the perfect person to conduct the home inspection and he will answer all of your questions. He is clear in his explanations and he neither underwhelms or overwhelms. He also provides a clear and thorough report. You will know about your house once he conducts the inspection. I just find him to be the best home inspector I have ever worked with.

Harvey of the "Be Sure Team" was GREAT. He inspected a very large, old home for us and found many important issues I hadn't considered. Saved us alot of money! Beyond that, he was personable, fast, and listened to all questions while giving the most realistic answers he could even when not the desired answer. Will request him by name if possible in the future.

The front office team was a great first impression, and got the inspection scheduled on the day I wanted. The electronic contract was sent right away. Harvey arrived on time, and provided an explanation of what to expect during the inspection. He went above and beyond to change a light bulb in a hallway fixture that was about 15 feet high. I really appreciated, as was trying to figure out how I would be able to do this, and surely the seller is thankful as well! Everything was explained in layman's terms so I could understand. The presentation folder was very professionally done, and provided a great resource during and after the inspection. The report arrived early the next morning as promised, and was very detailed. I will be recommending Be Sure Home Inspections to anyone I know that is in the market for this type of service.
