I had a very good experience, because harvey was very good at explaining things, also he did not miss anything. He was very good at explaining to me what needs to be done when something was found. I will be going with this company forever after my great exprience.

I had Be Sure Home Inspections inspect a house at the suggestion of my realtor. Harvey, the owner, personally performed the inspection. He was on time and very friendly. Harvey took extra time to talk with my wife and I about the systems in the house, gave us maintenance tips as we went through the house, and a really detailed report with clear pictures within 18 hours of finishing the inspection. Harvey was very thorough and didn't rush the process even though we had issues that had to be addressed in the house dragging the visit out to 6 hours!

Unlike other inspectors I've worked with before, Harvey was on the roof and crawling around the attic making sure everything looked good. He's not afraid of getting dirty to get the job done.

I was very happy with the inspection and the professional yet personable approach that Sean had. I would however appreciate some feedback on how the radon test went. I thought I would receive some kind of a report.
