Our children have gone to Jensen Lakes Bambini since it opened in the spring, we have been extremely happy about the quality of care that both our children have received thus far. Like many new operations there had been challenges in terms of staffing and turn over, after a few months things settled down and consistency has improved greatly. Throughout any of the staffing challenges and operational improvements I have never worried about the safety or wellbeing of my children and believe they have received an incredibly high level of care and attention consistently. It is an absolutely beautiful centre with many guiding principles that were important to us, what pleasantly surprised us the most and what we weren't necessarily expecting was to feel such a great sense of overall community for our kids. Like many others things started started off a bit shaky for us at Bambini this September. However there has since been a change in management and staff and the new management has worked very hard to correct any previous issues. We are quite happy with it now and plan to keep our child at bambini until they start school. Our child is very shy in new settings and was really struggling to make the adjustment. His teachers have been amazing at helping him to transition and just three months later he is happy as a clam and really enjoying his experience. This is the first child care facility that we went into and my daughter felt completely comfortable. She made herself at home immediately and we knew this was the place for us! This has been our first experience with a child care facility and it’s so beautiful and has been amazing. The staff is so wonderful and welcoming, my daughter doesn’t even cry at drop off which makes it extra reassuring that we chose the right place. I’d recommend this facility to anyone! Read more >

I don't usually write reviews, but I've had some issues with daycares in the past and I'm so incredibly happy with Bambini that I have to share. Buckle up for a long review!

Staff - the staff really care about the children! They all learn their names, even kids that aren't in their room, and even siblings who don't attend! They put in a lot of effort to make sure the children have enriching, fun activities through the day. They also listen to parents and adjust care as needed. I've never had such responsive, respectful, and caring staff.

Directors - Sherry and Angela are incredible. They are always there working alongside their team, engaging with the children and the parents on a daily basis. You can tell they love what they do and they work their butts off to give the best program possible.
