I am very pleased with the work that Andres performed. He responded quickly from my initial request and throughout the time it took to actually do the work. He also sent me a message when he thought his prior engagement would over run and make him late to begin my work. Upon arrival he gave me a copy of his certificate of insurance (something everyone should ask for and receive from a contractor) and a brochure. I highly recommend Baltimore PressureWashers, Sykesville MD, for the work they did cleaning the exterior of our home. The structure is “old”, 12-inch reveal, ALUMINUM, cedar-shake looking siding. There are also wood porches, baluster railings, brick chimneys, and many windows.

The work took the better part of a day. Andres cleaned everything extremely well with a warm water cleaning solution, and a mix of low and high pressure rinses. Washing was done with his water supply. This was good for us since we are on a well. Windows were mopped and squeegee’d. Lower windows were wiped with microfiber cloth. Porch roofs and floors were also cleaned, and a small patio and the sidewalks too—really everything around the house was done!

BPW did a great job washing my townhouse. The concrete, brick, and vinyl siding were very clean. Since the tech came from far away (I'm located in Leesburg), he brought his own water. He did need more to complete my house, but the amount was negligible and didn't affect my water bill. Would use this company again. Read more >
