I am very pleased with the service provided by Ballarat Cleaning Specialists. Mark (Ideas Man) communicated very clearly what needed to be done after the site inspection. The actual work of cleaning the gutters was done with great attention to detail. Mark also took photos of areas that needed extra attention. It was all completed very efficiently and just prior to a heavy downpour of rain; so the proof that it worked was fairly immediate, as there was no water overflow, which had been occurring previously. I am glad that I found BCS and will certainly use them again if I need to. I highly recommend BCS for this type of work, as well as other cleaning jobs. Read more >

I would highly recommend Ballarat Cleaning Specialists. We had all our house windows cleaned recently and were very happy with the results. They were very professional, organised and did everything they promised. We were offered different packages and could choose which level we were happy with. Mark was very friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in my house. They also managed to clean some difficult to access windows with no trouble at all.
