When Ken Baker came to our home to determine if we were actually having an A/C problem with our fan motor, the first thing I noticed about him as when he came in was that his eyes were shifting around looking at the inside of our home. The next thing I noticed after he asked me where was the A/C thermostat and I said that it was upstairs is that he without any regard to our carpeted stair case and floors upstairs did not even put cover over his shoes that were dirty and just went upstairs. Most companies today with respect to the customer home will put covering over their shoes. As I pointed out the two thermostats, he went to each and what was found was the fan on one of the thermostats had been turned on for which I did not notice and he set it to Auto which was a simple fix to our constant running fan.

So I paid him $50-.00 to switch the fan to Auto. Right away,...
