I needed an air conditioning system replaced and was not able to be in the area. I relied on Ken from Baker heating and cooling to guide me through the process. I was impressed with the quick response and professional atttitude and workmanship.

They scheduled the tune up quickly and the rep that came to our house was very professional and thorough. He talked us through the work he did and explained his recommendations. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a company to repair or just maintenance their A/C and/or furnace.
