Ken was great at first. Then he kept bugging us to have a direct deposit for the monthly fees. Ww had a New Trane System put in just over a Year ago, and Now he says we have a Problem with mold, Trane Units have a history of this problem and we need a Halo system to control it, ove a Thousand dollars! Seems everyone in the AC business is just out to gouge you, Duct cleaning, another check on your system? I was on the internet and couldn't find one review of our system having any kind of mold issues! And Ken said he would clean it the first time for free, His truck broke down, What, four months ago, and haven't seen him since!
