Bailey Real Estate far surpassed my expectations! I had a lot that had been in my family for three generations and because of its location, I had decided to sell it. Over the twenty some years I had owned it, I had many, many offers from realtors to buy it, however, many of the offers were ridiculously low, late spring of this year I received an offer from Bailey Real Estate that was substantially higher than from any previous owners. I called and talked to David and gave a counter offer that satisfied me. A couple days later I had confirmation they agreed to my counter. From that point on everything moved quickly. When I had questions, I had them answered quickly by either Lyn at BREI or from the Title company.
