Staff is completely unprofessional. Staff got my son's birthday wrong and put him in the wrong classroom. Both of my children's belongs got lost, not surprisingly because the classrooms where an absolute mess when I would pick them up. The "organic" menu is a joke and contains nothing that children would actually eat. They raised tuition with out notice, as stated in the agreement, then tried to cover their tracks.

Would not recommend. From our Family’s experience there was high turn over rates, new teachers and inconsistencies in caregiving. Staff would lose clothing, bedding, shoes and even send home the wrong items or not follow instructions to send home all items at the end of the day. They would put incorrect and false information into the app about their day (what they ate and potty time). My youngest was constantly sick with a cough and runny nose the few months she was there, once she was pulled out it it was gone. Witness many children with runny noses in the class, my oldest contracted Hand, foot and mouth from the center. The 5 star reviews are due to incentivizing teacher bonuses if you left a long enough positive review. When my children were exposed to covid and had to quarantine they still billed for the full time even though quarantine was mandatory and a public health concern....

This place is the biggest joke around. They do not care about your child only the money!!!!! Saftey of your child is the lowest priority for this company. Do your research and dont waste your time with thos place, you will regret it in the end

I left a positive review of the Learning Tree in Howell a few years ago. I wish I could take that review back. They had different management then and it was much better. When they changed managers the attitude changed. And then when the pandemic happened we decided to pull our child out of the daycare. Since then we have had nothing but problems with the management. It’s very clear they do not care about the safety of the children and money is their top priority. The management treats the parents very poorly if they disagree with them. I wish our child have never been enrolled there. Do yourself a favor and just don’t take your kid there.

Our son has been at LT since 4 months of age. He is now in the toddler room and our experience in infants and toddlers has been wonderful. He loved his time with Miss Emily in infants and now Miss Kaylee and Miss Sarah in toddlers! He is always happy at drop-off and pickup. LT has been great with adapting to covid and I have had no concerns with him being there during such unprecedented times. Their meals, activities (indoor and outdoor), teachers, location, cleaning practices, etc. have been top notch the past 1.5 years that our son has been attending. We highly recommend LT!

Miss Monica is the best! I am so grateful that my children, especially my daughter are able to have Miss Monica to be apart of their lives! She’s sweet, compassionate, fun and always putting the children first. Miss Monica is def apart of our family and we love her! ❤️

Because all of the teachers have been amazing with my daughter! It’s so clean and currently Nora is in Mrs Desiree's and she absolutely loves her and I appreciate how much Mrs Desiree takes care of Nora! I’m also thankful for how the school is handling everything going along with covid precautions!
