Everything started very well but after the first year, we have not received any answers from 98% of our emails, most of the calls are not returned, no show in video conferences scheduled by themselves, frequent errors in reporting quarterly sales and reemployment status after dozens of notifications from state department of revenue and other communications went from good to terrible. Seema seemed to be a great asset at the beginning of this 2 years project but her team or whoever took leadership has been providing a poor service to my business.

One of the worst experience I have ever had doing a business. If you price your money never go with Axiom! My tax preparation service was done completely wrong. Trying to prove it, I went to different company who charged my tax return $340 instead of $799 as Axiom claimed, money I own to IRS. At the beginning I told them I need estimation first, before I will pay, and not to charge me until I will approve the tax return- they charge me anyway! They knew Im looking a firm who will do taxes for me every year, but i must be sure they are good and may save my money as much as possible. I Never signed any authorization to charge my account with them. Fraud! They used my private documents against me, what is completely wrong. I was charged $200 for service that is not complete, never has been sent to IRS and never will be. Reporting the fraud to BBB.

Put down a $1,000 deposit with this scam firm, and didn't have basically any follow up for 8 months. I am a very easy person to get in touch with through the phone. I received 0 phone calls or 0 texts for 8 months and then finally they call me to say "hey, we're ready to begin services."

I let them know since I didn't hear back for such a long time that I went another direction. The owner Seema let me know the deposit was not refundable (even though they did absolutely no work). I asked her for the contract that I signed regarding the deposit to see if it stated on the deposit was not refundable and SHE HUNG UP ON ME.
