Avocados Mexican American grill

Took 1.5 hours to get my food today. I understand it was Cinco de Mayo and it was busy. What bothered me is that the employees did not show any sense of urgency or concern for the customers. There was nobody taking the initiative to prioritize or organize things to expedite the orders. Normally one would expect that if a customer is waiting over an hour for their food at a fast casual place like this, that the employee would at least keep them informed of the status of their order and acknowledge the wait.

Slow service, called ahead to pick up at 12:30. Showed up promptly at 12:30. Had to place order again because it was lost. Now it is 1:00 and still no food.
No respect for their customers time.

Went there last night on 4/23/2022 which happens to be a Friday night. They are scheduled to close at 8:30pm drove all the way there with my children only to be told at 8:05pm they are closed and can’t take my order. What type of business are you running and how is this professional???? Been wanting to try this place since I’m new to the area but in wouldn’t dare to go back there. African American guy refused to take my order after explaining i drove 10 minutes. There’s was a younger Caucasian guy working there also that just giggled. Nothing was funny very unprofessional business.

Excellent food, love the taco salads, quesadillas and the guac is always so fresh! Great staff too!

Used to love this place but they are so slow. I actually stood at the register while they took two phone orders instead of taking my order. Not good.
