How do you forget the steak in a Steak Burrito??

And then call and the manager tells you they have to look into this and offers no apology and gets off the phone.

To get a call back later to be told I will be refunded for just the burrito and that they are new and mistakes happen.

Still no apology and no attempt to make it right.
