Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
The cars look decent outside but are full of issues once you drive them.
They just coat the vehicles to appear in good condition—TOTAL SCAM.
Save your money and avoid this dealership at all costs.

I have bought recently a SUV over here ,they were so humble and very good while selling the car . Exactly after 3days the car has stoped when i took to mechanic he said the car is junk why did you buy . I went back there and asked them why did you sell me the junk car and all they were just like we are not responsible and not even trying to help me , instead of that they are saying me to leave the store and vere rude .

Please don’t trust this dealer atall, I’m now spending 5k for new engine to my car

Had a terrible experience. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise against trusting your car with this place.

My sister recently bought a used car from this dealership, and it was a complete nightmare. Within just one week, the engine failed completely and the car ended up in the garage for three months. While the issue was eventually covered under warranty, the customer service was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the process.

Every time we reached out for updates or support, we were met with attitude and zero empathy. This is not how you treat customers, especially after selling them a faulty vehicle. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership.

Don’t trust the cars here my family person bought it and the transmission went out.

I had the worst experience with Auto Nova in St. Louis it is really a worst dealership. I purchased a vehicle for $7,500, and within just three days it stopped working. When I returned to the dealership for help, they refused to take any responsibility and treated us with complete disrespect. Instead of offering support, the staff yelled specially the manager he don't even have minimum sense at us and even threatened to call the police. This is by far the most unprofessional and untrustworthy dealership I’ve ever dealt with.
