Updated review 05/27:

I had the car less than 3 months and the transmission went out. There was a sound that I brought to the attention of the mechanic on site and the salesman when I bought it and they said that it was the brake system from it being cold for awhile before we bought the car. Turns out it was transmission related. And the warranty that we received with the car is useless when it comes to hybrids. So along with being out of all the money we payed for the car we have also had it towed to 3 different shops and called 3x as many. It's heartbreaking and frustrating that I'm out of a car in less than 3 months with no way to rectify it.

We worked with Baha he was very nice and helpful. The car was a good price. Came with a warranty which I liked or I probably wouldn't have purchased the vehicle. The car isn't perfect but I hope it fulfills it's...

Worst Car Buying Experience – Avoid Auto Nova!

I had one of the worst experiences at Auto Nova, and I strongly advise others to stay away. The person I dealt with, Mehmet, who claims to be the manager, was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional throughout the process. He made the entire buying experience stressful and uncomfortable.

After purchasing the car, the dealership completely stopped caring about customer service. There’s no proper after-sales support, and the owner is never available to escalate concerns. Mehmet continues to act as the sole point of contact, which only makes things worse given his attitude.

If you're expecting professionalism, respect, or any post-sale assistance, Auto Nova is not the place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. I deeply regret trusting this dealership.
