AUTO NOVA

Auto Nova had a Dodge Dart for sale. We decided to buy and put down a deposit. We had cash for the purchase. However, Auto Nova didnt have title for car. We asked they get that for us to complete the sale. Getting a signed title seems reasonable to me. It's a business transaction for over 5 grand. After waiting almost a week, the dealer called and said they wont have title for 2 weeks. He has others who are interested. We need to buy it now with no title or get deposit back. Nothing we said made them happy. We were willing to wait. What jerks. I cant believe there are people who buy cars without getting proof of ownership by the dealer. I will never do business with someone who has a shady business practice. What are they hiding? Buyer beware

I bought a car here too. It was a few month ago. I put less 5000 miles on the Buick i bought and now the engine is knocking. I just put an engine in my 2005 honda accord so I understand car mechanics. I also agree that it is a bad place for people who are not mechanically inclined. They also bug you to give them a 5 star rating on Google at the purchase of the vehicle.
