Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received. I expected a sleazy salesman working out of a dirty office, but we got the exact opposite. Duru was friendly, professional, and applied zero pressure during the sales process. The car we wanted was missing a safety inspection and we were in a rush, as we were leaving town in a few days. He went above and beyond to get the inspection completed (on a Saturday!) before we left.

If you need a reliable used car at a reasonable price, I highly recommend this place.

I did not expect to see this car lot so busy when I first pulled up. Right away I found the car I saw online, Duru, was by far the friendliest car salesman I’ve ever met. He was extremely helpful, no problem, letting me test drive and didn’t push any other car on me. The other employees, seemed happy to be at work. Everyone said hello smile and Duru, made me feel so comfortable answering all questions I had, very knowledgeable. All of their cars were clean and ready to roll right off the lot. I’m very happy with my purchase and I will definitely go to them again. And refer them to all my friends and family.

A great place in my opinion to buy a used car. Duru, is a good dude. He put Freon in the AC for me. He didn't have to do that. I appreciate him and Auto Nova. Thanks !

I bought this car from Auto Nova. It was really cheap compared to other car dealers. It is clean and they have discounts.

My grand childrens mom has 4 boys and we thought by finding a 7 seated suv here we was spending her $7,500.00 she had saved for a "reliable" car wisely. But it's check engine light came on before she even had it a week. They called to see if they'd make good on the car and they was told no because it's sold as is. But the point is you see hard working families trying to just get by and you purposely screw them over. I think because used car dealers have learned how to manipulate the electronics in a car to pass emissions and inspection just for the sale. They should have 30 days of it being sold to make right by anything "coincidentally" popping up. They shouldn't be allowed to full on rip hard working families off who just need something reliable for work and their family. Ridiculous and disgusting people do that. I'm sorry I recommended this place to her.

I bought my car from Auto Nova 7 month ago, they were very interested. My car came out clean and trouble-free as they said, I thank them. If your looking for a reliable used car this is a good place to start!

Wonderful, very nice people. I love my jeep- that was my original post. A couple days after getting home the Jeep began having issues shifting, we thought it was we just were not use to the vehicle. Then the steering wheel started shaking while driving. After about 3 weeks and trying to figure out what the issue was, the jeep stopped moving on my way to get our granddaughter. The transmission was stuck in neutral. The mechanic has put two transmissions in it and the TCM was reset by a Chrysler dealership and it acts the same. Also during this time we had to replace the alternator. So far we are out the original $7200 and almost $2000 in repairs.
The vehicles we looked at were dirty on the inside, the headliner in the jeep was filthy but was able to be cleaned. We had to wait on vehicles to be charged before driving them. This dealership obviously has no pride in the...
