Bad I test drove one car and when I came back to get the car they gave me a car seat dirty and a dog popped in the trunk still smells bad and the car had a bad catalytic converter a week later had to spend 1,100$

I loved my experience here. Duru was very helping me find the perfect car and was very nice the whole process.

Don't buy a car here!!! They sold me a car with an ac that doesn't work in the dead of winter , after they told me everything worked , then told me it was as is. Basically said too bad bad!!!

got a car for my daughter from this place today. folks there were alright, got me a good deal on a solid ride. Might go back if we need another one

I didn’t like auto nova because they sold me a lemon and I was stuck putting a new motor in the vehicle very disappointing

Sold me a crap car with problems they knew about. Paid more than the car was worth just so I could drive it.

I didn’t love Auto Nova because although the car I bought was really nice on the out and inside, they told me there were transmission issues but when I took it to an auto repair shop the whole transmission needed to be replaced, not to mention I paid the additional $250 fee but they never gave me a temporary license so it took weeks for me to get a license plate and I was at risk of being towed every day. If I could return the car, I definitely would because I can’t handle the transmission problems or the shaking of the car every time I drive it.

I bought 2017 Kia Soul in June 2024 and it works pretty good. I really like their cooperation and hospitality. Their prices are fairly less than average prices on carfax. I would highly recommend the car buyers to visit them.
