The vehicle I bought from you (as is) had a timing chain issue. You did not inform me. The car has been sitting ever since. I'm searching for a mechanic that will not charge me as much as I paid for the vehicle. My experience was a sham. The worst.

This lot will do bad things just to make some money bought a car from them for 6k they must’ve faked the inspection on the car they sold me said they had done it “10 days ago” engine blew 3 days after I bought it, a mechanic told me the catalytic converter was sprayed w cat spray to force it to pass inspection. Sad. There was a ginormous hole in the muffler I didn’t notice til around same time as the engine the timing belt went out, the car would do this weird shaking sometimes the alignment was messed up broken wheel strut the throttle light was on engine light on traction light on and an engine oil leak all within a few days of me having the car. Became so expensive I spent 9k or more total in repairs n ended up having to sell the car for 1000 because that’s all it was worth at that point. MIND YOU I HAD THE BEST WARRANTY PAID AN EXTRA 200 N THEY DIDNT FIX ANY OF THE PROBLEMS THEY...

I recommend autonova, reliable and trustworthy dealership. I will give more than 5 Star. Is been months now and I’m still enjoying my Toyota RAV4. Thanks all the team that makes it happen. I will still do business again. I’m highly satisfied. 👍

It's been 6 months since I bought my car from these guys and I haven't had a single issue with it

AWFUL experience! Signed the paperwork, go out to the car, the car won't start. They put a battery in. Same thing next day when out running errands. Just found out Auto Nova put the wrong battery and starter in. I just dumped significant money into this car, in part to correctly fix what they screwed up. BUYER BEWARE AND SHOP AROUND MORE. I sure wish I had. Lesson learned! I bought a car from them several years ago, great experience. Bought this lemon less than a year ago. NEVER AGAIN.
