Saw a car on their website, texted to make sure it was available, drove two hours to get there, only to find it had been sold a month earlier. Not happy.

About 2 months ago we bought a 2013 Volkswagon Passat. We were pleased with the service we recieved while there, really nice people, very helpful with figuring out what we were looking for. Our main issue is that after buying the car, we've barely been able to drive it. To name a few of the issues, an ignition coil wasn't attached properly, the thermostat not closing properly caused the car to overheat and there's a Crack in the exhaust which is going to be a $1700 fix because on these European cars, it's connected to the catalytic converter so the whole thing will need to be replaced. Not sure how it passed a safety inspection before i bought it with that particular issue because I was told by my mechanic that it wouldn't. I'm a little miffed to be honest.

After 4 weeks the car I purchased the transmission went out. They sell cars knowing it won’t last. Don’t purchase here!

Company had decent salesmen. I paid $5500 to much for a Honda civic that’s worth $2000 and then got stuck with fixing a $1500 head gasket problem. Have always had problems with the car. Sometimes you buy a lemon sometimes you buy a mango. I really liked the guys there but the cars they had for sale were not in good condition at all. -William
And if you guys wanna throw me $700 for the head gasket job I had to pay for on this car I’d appreciate it. I never thought I’d be out $7500 on a Honda civic
