We had a very good experience at Auto Nova. Honestly, you can never be too careful when buying a car, but the employees were very informative and helpful. My husband and I went to look at a Taurus, but they were very upfront and said there was a leak. We then looked at a few cars online in the office. We told them our budget and specifics we wanted. We found a 2009 Hyundai Sonata! Great mileage. We inspected under the hood and test drove it. We were able to hold the car with a deposit and went back a week later! 🙌

After car shopping for weeks we came across AUTO NOVA. We saw many nice vehicles and purchased a nice well kept vehicle for my grandson. The owner and sales guys are very kind helpful and honest. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of service I received. I expected a sleazy salesman working out of a dirty office, but we got the exact opposite. Duru was friendly, professional, and applied zero pressure during the sales process. The car we wanted was missing a safety inspection and we were in a rush, as we were leaving town in a few days. He went above and beyond to get the inspection completed (on a Saturday!) before we left.
