My experience at Auto Nova was easy and stress-free from the moment I arrived! In fact, the first customers I ran into specifically mentioned how wonderful the staff is here at Auto Nova. There were lots of options of used cars in great condition, and despite it being fairly busy on a a Wednesday afternoon, I received incredible customer service. I ended up buying a 2017 Subaru Legacy after test-driving and inspecting thoroughly. They gave me a copy of the CarFax report right away and the paperwork process was very quick and explained very well. I was even able to negotiate the price down a little bit!! I bought my car from here a year ago today after my transmission died on my previous car. I was going through one of the hardest times I had ever faced and I was not ready to purchase a new vehicle. Auto Nova was the only positive experience that I had while car shopping and believe me, I tried everywhere. They made me feel comfortable, gave me several options, and allowed me to test drive the cars to my own mechanic a distance away.

I bought a 2010 Jeep liberty that has since had to have several repairs, but I knew to expect that, as I was buying an older car.
