Not at all a good experience, maybe because we are woman. They told me I could not take it to my mechanic, that the my mechanic would have to come there to inspect, which was my first red flag, but I already had put a deposit down. My daughter only 17 and I bought her first car from here, within 3 days of very little use several items were wrong, oil leak, no a/c heat or defrost, service due light and a front light warning all came about. They said Valoline used the wrong oil plug where they had it changed before we bought it. They hopefully have fixed this out of courtesy they said, but everything else was on us. Word of mouth is the best part of advertising, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone purchasing a car.
