James F. was a wonderful appraiser. He was kind and communicative during the appraisal and I felt comfortable having him in my home. His report was timely and I believe the value was a fair assessment of my home. I would use him as an appraiser again in a heart beat. His background in real estate made me confident that the value he came to is accurate.

I needed help with potentially appraising a piece of land and not only did Zack call me back the next day, but he went above and beyond by educating me and doing his best to help guide me AFTER he told me that he didn't think I needed an appraisal yet and that I shouldn't pay him for one at that time.

I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. Will absolutely be using them again if I go through with the appraisal. He deserves 10 stars.
