I hired AA with some hesitation based on a few bad reviews here. My personal experience bore no resemblance to those reviews, thankfully. They were fast in responding, with no hard and heavy sales pitch, and showed up as scheduled. Erik did a very thorough job walking through the house, asking relevant questions and taking photographs...he was probably there for an hour or a bit longer. Within a few days, I received a very comprehensive, detailed report with full explanations of appraisal practice and value determination principles applied, and a number that made a lot of sense. Erik followed up a few days after the appraisal to make sure I got it, and to see if I had any questions. Top Notch job! Read more >
