Gave me a cash offer on my house. Sent their “inspector” in and came back with a low ball offer after a signed contract for an agreed price. Their inspector came up with possible foundation issues even after they had been told the entire house had the foundation jacked and I have a transferable warranty on that. They are a total scam to try and beat you out of your property as cheap as they can even after agreeing on a price with you. They also will not disclose the report from their “inspector” stating what issues he supposedly found, just that they could only offer 3/4 of the original offer. SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
