Atlantis Exterior Cleaning

Outstanding service! I scheduled the appointment and was sent a confirmation email with the details we discussed. She included a picture and name of the representatives that would be coming. They showed up on time and did and outstanding job. Highly recomend.

They were at my home on time and did an excellent job. They arrived, made a plan as to how to attack my problem exterior mold and stuck with it. My look better than when I bought it.

They did a great job — for the window cleaning part of it — that turned out to be 2X as expensive as originally quoted. But I didn’t realize I should have told them I had storm windows for my 1981 house. That meant they had to remove all the extra panes of glass and wash both sides of those, in addition to the fixed panes. So it meant doing two houses worth of windows.

To partially compensate for this extra cost, they blew off all the pine needles on the roof and the tops of the gutter guards for free. And then they tested how well the water flows through the downspouts. The gutter guards worked very well, so I’m happy I got to see that, since I had never checked them out in the 2 years since the new gutters and downspouts were installed. Very pleased with their proactive attitude.

Everything about Atlantis was great from start to finish. It was extremely easy to book an appointment and they sent a confirmation text the day before my appointment. The 2 techs were punctual, very polite and did a great job. I had all windows cleaned interior and exterior and they look great! I plan on having them come back to power was the entire exterior based on this past service.

Atlantis was awesome! They cleaned interior and exterior windows and went the extra step and cleaned the window sills! I will be using them again.
