We had water damage to most of our house due to an A/C leak. All of our flooring had to be ripped up and replaced, there was mold so some drywall needed to be removed and the entire closet where the A/C was had to be rebuilt. The project required coordination of A/C people, plumbers, drywall and painting people and flooring contractors. This would have been an overwhelming task for my wife and I to handle on our own. QFB project managers Glen Chastain and Nick Anderson stepped in to lead the way for us by working with an insurance company adjuster that was extremely difficult to work with. I'm not sure we could have navigated this nightmare without them. Also the contractor they assigned to the drywall and painting (Des) was a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job.
