I hate writing negative reviews but this company deserves one. They were called by Nationwide for water mitigation. I am aware that if Nationwide did not cover the claim I would be responsible for the bill. Nationwide approved the claim and didn't receive a bill form QFB. I got a past due notice and forwarded to my adjuster then a few weeks later, without warning or even a phone call, they placed a lien on my property. My insurance has assured me the bill has been "mailed" but this seems overly aggressive and they should have at least attempted to contact me by phone or my adjuster.

I would have had no trouble pushing Nationwide to pay sooner if I had been made aware that they would be going this far.

Now, on to their clean up. While it wasn't completely terrible it still required a fair amount of work and interaction on my part to help them do...

I am entirely satisfied with the fine job done by QFB. John, Dave, Dan, Frank, Jerry, Monica and her crew all did terrific jobs. There was one minor property cliche. Four antique china coffee cups went missing. However, I am not terribly concerned about how, why, or their loss. The only critique that I have is the amount of time required. The restoration took five months. I understand this may have been due to COVID and associated labor issues.

But in all a fine job. I am happy to recommend them.
