The whole experience from start to finish was not good. The workmanship, materials, communication and the lack of urgency was all bad. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I used them because they were on a list of recommended companies through Allstate.

The communication was excellent. This was an insurance claim so the budget for them was already low. This didn’t stop them from doing a much better job than what had previously been done. The packout was quick and effortless. The lead was very communicative. Even though the floor was being replaced, they took care not to further damage it while removing furniture and every box was labeled with our name, the room it came from and what generally was in the box. The lead pack out person is exemplary and very good at what she does.

The replacement of the floors was a huge process as it was 95% of the entire lower level of the house. Randy the project manager was very communicative, even on his scheduled time off. The crew took great care to cause no damage and were able to install the new floor with no problems. They even did a few little extras that were overlooked by the...

They did a wonderful job of fixing my home after water leak. Contractor was friendly and usually quick to respond.

QFB were absolute professionals, they thoroughly clean each room of the house and by the time they were done, the smoke smell was totally gone! These people know what they're doing and it shows. Mileidy was puntual and directed the whole operation like a General. Thank you so much!!
