Ascension gets high marks for communication even before the first drop of water reached our windows. They responded to our Sunday call with an appointment for an estimate. They later determined that their online check of our home enabled them to provide a reasonable estimate without a visit. Sol Griffin texted us a half hour in advance of his ontime arrival at 8am. He did a thorough job, using ionized water to reduce water spots. Sol took great care to avoid any damage to our plants, furniture, and hanging backyard lights. After finishing the inside, he made a quality control check to identify and correct any spots which existed after the first pass. We look forward to using Ascension again and recommend them highly.
