Completed both unarmed and armed courses though Arrow. Content (for class room or online) is not their fault, it's up to DPS, so it's kind of old and boring. However Bill makes it as fun as possible. I have done other armed classes before and it was 50 rounds in paper, go home. The guys at Arrow fulfilled the state requirements, but went above and beyond making it fun and getting your money worth. The only negative I can say is Bill is a Glock fan boy. I recently had the privilege of taking the armed guard qualification test. The atmosphere was very professional but there was a great deal of banter to balance the seriousness of the occasion. Great attention was paid to the verification of the students’ safe operation of a firearm.
