Class wasn’t to bad for 8 hours, instructor Frank was pretty funny and chill guy, the videos had a lot of useful information.

Honest staff and straight to the point. Helped me get my guard card documents put together.

Did my finger prints for me. 20 to send yourself afterwards or 25 if you have them send it for you. Also have 50$ live at range gun courses for pistols so definitely eyeballing that. Sucks they don't have have riffle training due to lack of popularity.

I took the security guard course and enjoyed it from start to finish. Aaron was very thorough and friendly. The whole staff was so friendly and personable. We got our fingerprints and all the paperwork needed. The process was smooth and i felt really accomplished. The reason for 4 stars, which is not thier fault, completely, is that two weeks after submitting my stuff, i got an email stating my application was expired.

I contacted arrow and they offered to email me the new application and i send it back via email and they will sign and ill print. It was easier for me to go there. But that was a 50 minute drive. When i got there they apologized and i got everything completed. Then i brought it to dps. Luckily my stuff was already submitted by the dps worker, so there isnt a delay on anything.
