I loved working with Jonathan on the appraisal of a home that was a bit of a challenge with its golf course lot, extensive updating, smaller size and limited sales comparisons in the same neighborhood. He was very careful with his research, on-site inspection and listened to our reasoning for pricing the home the way we did. The valuation was right within line of what buyer, seller and Realtors felt the home was worth. I will not hesitate to call on Jonathan again for any appraisal needed!

Had Jonathan do a measurement on a home I was going to be listing to document the additional square footage that I knew the home had over what the county assessors dept stated. Very professional sketch and he was reasonably priced for the service.
