When I explained that we were in a bit of time crunch, he even rearranged his schedule to view the property before the holiday. My mom said, he was "professional, polite, and thorough." We received a very complete appraisal the following week, and Jon's details were similar to the buyer's. The appraisal allowed us to move forward and be confident with our negotiations.
