Arctic Spas Utah

We have had our spa now for week and we could not be happier, we enjoy everything about it. The spa itself is comfortable, stays at temp, and the look and feel is amazing, we have soaked every night for week with not problems. The team at Arctic Spa Utah has been great, they have answered my questions and helped educate me on my first spa. We would recommend both Arctic spas and the team here in Utah.

working with adrian was great. felt like he represented things in their proper light and didn't think anything was being hidden from us. he worked hard to make sure we would be happy with the outcome in the long term. even came to our home and looked at a few different locations and helped us decide on what would work best. you will never go wrong working with adrian or artic spas.

From the time we first walked into the dealership in So Salt Lake, we felt very much at ease. Adrian met us quickly and was very informative about any concerns we had. He came to the house a couple days later to look over the site and answer questions about delivery, set-up, final price, etc. Very personable man. Although our unit has not been delivered yet, just ordered, we are very happy with the technology and features, and having owned a hot tub for well over 20 years, we know of the ups and downs, etc. The feature that drew our attention most is the saline solution water control. The old bromine system was very haphazard and led to several repairs on our previous units. Even the dealer at our old retailer mentioned how good Arctic spas were. That says a lot.

Very satisfied with Arctic Spas. My tub keeps the heat for a long time and is the perfect size for my little family. Very satisfied with customer service also. If you call and they miss the call they call right back. Very nice to work with.

Can't say enough good about Bob and his help in buying our Arctic Spa! He is friendly and sure knows the spa business and the difference the quality of the Arctic Spa makes in the ownership of the spa. He helped us get what we wanted for our family and made sure we hadn't forgotten anything in our purchase. I went back to see him after it was set up and I had some problems with the chlorine and he knew right away it needed more salt and sent me home with more salt to add that day . It took two times to get the salt up so the Onzen system would make enough chlorine. We love having the SpaBoy to check the status whenever we want and to change settings when on our way back in town from vacation. It doesn't get better that finishing off the vacation soaking in your own hot tub after the long drive home. It was fun to stand in snow while it was connected and filled, and know they knew...

After looking at a couple of different swim spas manufacturers, we decided that we really liked the look of the Arctic Swim spa and also the ability to use the Onzen system (salt) for keeping the spa clean. Adrian was great to work with answering our questions and making sure we received the spa with the features we were looking for. We wanted to use the spa as a nice big hot tub, so we ordered with two benches and with the 61 jet feature. We also like that the swim spa can be monitored and controlled with the Arctic Spa app. If looking for a hot tub or swim spa, I would make sure to put Arctic Spas Utah on your list to check out.

Just got swim spa craned over the house yesterday and set up today. All handled smoothly and professionally. I was a bit worried about the crane, but was so fast and easy. The water is heating up as I write this and can't wait to jump in after skiing tomorrow. Who knew you could do all this in the dead of winter?

I've no doubt that we have purchased the best spa available. Between the interactive website and Arctic Spas Utah customer service I'm confident our spa will give us years of hassle free pleasure. Work, prepare dinner, soak and then eat dinner warmed and relaxed! YES!
