I bought the HRT algo on Feb 1st, got it installed, had a couple of problems that Support helped me straighten out very quickly. Things were fine until the 9th and everything stopped working. I hadn't made any changes, contacted Support and they worked with me Friday, Saturday AND Sunday and finally, on Monday morning we figured it out. Somehow my contract ID changed. Support saw that, gave me the correct ID and everything is running again.
I can't say enough about the customer support, they REALLY care about their customers to be fiddling with my - probably self-generated -- problem on SuperBowl Sunday.
