I love the new HFT algo. It's impressive when you have a piece of software that let's you run it as a stand alone algo or as a quick and efficient order entry tools, being able to turn it on and off at key locations so you have better executions in better area to trade. Overall I believe that the software that you Guys have developed have been game changers in the sense that many of us have probably never had so many "tools" in our trading toolbox. This has provided a resource specially for market Practioners who constantly want to be able to hone one's skills. Personally, I find it both rewarding and confusing at times. Rewarding in the sense that the many ideas and methods contribute to being able to understand more in depth the dynamics and nuisances of the marketplace . It will provide you with insights and broaden your horizons. The other point of view to consider is that it can also become confusing due to the "water fall of ideas" that if not checked and moderated can truly become a barrier to profitable trading. Installation was great by Benson. Am reviewing the bootcamp videos to get better acquainted with what I bought. Never used Ninja before so trying to get that setup. Not as friendly as TOS or Tastytrade. Largest obstacle right now is to get set up with historical tick data that I can afford as money is really tight right now. I need to start backtesting and Optimizing a couple of the Algo's I purchased. Then I would like to move into simulation mode for a while then set up a plan for going live. Read more >
