I came to this location for a drug test, and my experience was very disappointing. When I first called, they claimed to be open on Saturdays, but after scheduling and arriving, I was told they don’t work weekends. I then rescheduled for Monday, but when I showed up, the front desk staff’s attitude was completely unprofessional. The woman at the desk was rude, disrespectful, and made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of her behavior, I did not feel safe or confident trusting her to handle something as important as a drug test. I decided to walk out rather than risk any problems. I honestly don’t understand how this place has positive reviews—they don’t even deserve one star.
