We had the system installed about a year ago. It definitely made a significant improvement in the quality of water. We feel the difference on the skin from taking a shower and bathing. We also love the reverse osmosis for the drinking and cooking purposes. Just the other day, on a Sunday, we called our representative Yan on the phone to get instructions on how to replace a filter for the first time in almost a year and we got an immediate response and the help we needed. The experience was smooth and easy. We are happy to have the system and the service that the company provides.
