We have K5 system since our old one was destroyed by hurricane Sandy. We got our new system through Aqualife and since then we are very satisfied with the quality of water, and the amazing customer service. The friendly agent scheduled an appointment to change filters in the time which is convenient for us which is usually late in the evening. The technician who came was very knowledgeable and changed the filters in a short period of time cleaning after himself and taking out the garbage. He also advised us about the new products available at this time and about possible improvement to our system. We are recommending the AquaLife water cleaning system as a great product
