We had our exterior windows washed and hard water removed. They did a fantastic job! Everyone I spoke with was professional and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and explained everything really well. They had to split our appointment up into 2 sessions as they didn't want to harm our windows with the hard water removal rinse (the windows were in the triple digit heat all afternoon) and came back another morning to complete the job. I appreciated their honesty, integrity and again, professionalism. They were also very competitively priced. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

We hired Imperial Power Washing to clean the exterior windows of our home. They arrived on time, communicated concerns, and kept to the bid amount. We are VERY PLEASED with the results. Our windows are beautiful. But more importantly, we learned alot about how hard water on windows should (or should not) be cleaned. Our past window cleaner regularly used buffers to remove hard water and now some are scratched. Nothing to be done now except learn from our mistakes. Thank you Jake for all your hard work!
